Two New Vendors, One Big Upgrade to What We Can Offer You

VENDOR SPOTLIGHT  |  NEW EQUIPMENT PARTNERS

Chemcraft Industries is proud to introduce two new equipment partners: Minuteman International and Gausium. Whether you’re looking for American-made commercial floor cleaning machines or the latest in autonomous robotic cleaning, we now have you covered.

When we add a vendor to our lineup, it’s not something we do casually. After 75+ years supplying facilities across the Chicago area and beyond, we know what our customers need: reliable equipment, strong product support, and partners who stand behind what they make.

That’s exactly why we’re excited to announce two new additions to our equipment catalog Minuteman International and Gausium. These two brands couldn’t be more different in what they make, but they share a common thread: they’re both leaders in their category, and they both give our customers more tools to get the job done right.

Minuteman International is American-Made Floor Care Equipment Built to Last

Minuteman International has been manufacturing commercial and industrial floor cleaning machines for over 60 years. Based in Pingree Grove, Illinois right here in our backyard Minuteman is a Made in USA brand and a member of the Hako Group, one of the world’s leading cleaning equipment organizations. Their tagline says it all: More Than Just Clean.

What sets Minuteman apart is the sheer breadth of their line. Whether your facility needs a compact walk-behind scrubber for tight spaces or a large ride-on sweeper for a warehouse floor, Minuteman has a machine designed specifically for that application. And they build them to hold up not just for a season, but for years of daily use in demanding environments.

Walk-Behind Floor Scrubbers

Minuteman’s walk-behind scrubber lineup is one of the most extensive in the industry. The E-Series covers everything from the compact E14 ideal for narrow aisles and smaller spaces all the way up to the E30 and E30 ECO for larger hard-floor areas. Several models feature Minuteman’s SPORT technology, which enables chemical-free surface preparation reducing costs and eliminating residue in a single pass.

The newest addition to the walk-behind line is the B25 Scrubber a user-friendly machine with an intuitive control panel, up to two hours of run time, and a built-in Eco Mode for noise-reduced operation in occupied spaces. It’s a great fit for schools, offices, and healthcare environments where disruption during cleaning hours is a concern.

For facilities with tight corners or hard-to-reach areas, the EZ Mop 360 Micro-Scrubber and Port a Scrub 12 offer compact footprints that get into places larger machines can’t reach.

Rider Floor Scrubbers

When square footage goes up, so does the case for a ride-on machine. Minuteman’s rider scrubber line includes the MAX Ride 20 and MAX Ride 26 operator-friendly machines designed for high maneuverability and consistent scrubbing performance in large open areas. For the most demanding industrial applications, the Scrubmaster B120 brings heavy-duty capacity to warehouses, distribution centers, and manufacturing facilities.

Sweepers Walk-Behind and Ride-On

Minuteman’s Kleen Sweep family covers every sweeping application. The walk-behind Kleen Sweep 28 is an extremely durable machine built for both carpeted and hard floor areas, picking up debris quickly without leaving dust behind. Step up to the rider sweeper line the Kleen Sweep 32R40R, and 47R and you have powerful options for facilities where sweeping large areas efficiently is a daily priority.

Carpet Care Equipment

Minuteman takes carpet care seriously. Their extractor lineup includes the X17 Self-Contained Carpet Extractor, which handles the full cleaning cycle in one pass: spraying solution, agitating with a brush, deep cleaning the carpet, and extracting dirty water all at once. For larger carpet areas or facilities that clean on the ride, the XRide 28 and the Rush Series Extractor provide high-capacity options. The Phenom 15 & 18 commercial dual-motor upright vacuums and the Backpack Vacuum Series round out a carpet care program for any size operation.

Floor Machines, Burnishers & Orbital Scrubbers

Minuteman’s Front Runner Series burnishers and Mirage 1500/2000 are built for polishing and maintaining high-gloss hard floors. Their orbital scrubber line including the Orbit 20 Pro and TH 20/28 offer chemical-free scrubbing for stripping, deep cleaning, and surface prep without the mess of traditional pad machines.

Autonomous Floor Care

Minuteman has also stepped into autonomous cleaning with the RoboScrub 20 their autonomous floor scrubber designed for facilities ready to put robotics to work on routine maintenance while staff focus on higher-priority tasks.

Gausium The World’s Leading Autonomous Cleaning Robots

If Minuteman represents the best of traditional American-made floor care equipment, Gausium represents where the cleaning industry is heading. Founded in 2013 and now serving more than 6,500 customers across 70+ countries, Gausium was recently named the Global #1 in Commercial Cleaning Robots by Pristine Market Insights and one look at their product lineup makes it easy to see why.

These are not novelty machines. Gausium’s robots are deployed in supermarkets, airports, hospitals, warehouses, manufacturing plants, and universities around the world running daily cleaning routes autonomously, logging performance data to a cloud platform, and reducing the labor burden on cleaning teams without sacrificing results.

We’re proud to now offer Gausium robots through Chemcraft. Here’s what’s in the lineup:

Phantas The Compact Multi-Function Robot

The Phantas is Gausium’s versatile compact cleaner, built for small to mid-sized spaces. It sweeps, vacuums, and scrubs covering multiple cleaning functions in a single machine with a footprint small enough to navigate retail aisles, office corridors, and healthcare hallways. It cleans right up to the edge, making it especially effective in tight environments where robots typically leave strips uncleaned.

Mira Mid-Size Spaces, Maximum Agility

The Mira is designed for environments that need both reach and nimbleness. It combines sweeping and scrubbing in a single robot and features an automated internal rinsing system that dramatically reduces manual maintenance between cycles. Ideal for retail stores, healthcare facilities, and light industrial spaces, the Mira is a strong fit for operations that want to automate daily floor cleaning without adding complexity to their maintenance routine.

Marvel Large & Complex Spaces

Where Mira handles mid-sized environments, the Marvel is purpose-built for scale. Hypermarkets, warehouse floors, large distribution centers the Marvel delivers extended runtime and robust cleaning performance across sprawling footprints, navigating complex layouts autonomously while the team handles other work. Like the Mira, it includes automated internal rinsing to reduce downtime.

Omnie High-Traffic, High-Demand Environments

The Omnie is Gausium’s answer for environments where cleaning demands are constant and unpredictable airports, convention centers, busy retail where foot traffic changes throughout the day and reactive spot cleaning is as important as scheduled routes. The Omnie features auto spot cleaning, minimal human maintenance requirements, and high productivity output, making it one of the most capable autonomous cleaners available for dynamic environments.

Scrubber 75 Heavy-Duty Robotic Scrubbing

For large-scale hard floor scrubbing, the Scrubber 75 is Gausium’s industrial-grade autonomous floor scrubber. It features a 270° rotational brush head for thorough coverage, an oil cleaning mode for facilities dealing with grease and industrial soils, and industry-leading navigation algorithms for consistent performance across complex floor plans.

Vacuum 40 Autonomous Vacuuming for All Indoor Scenarios

The Vacuum 40 is a 4-in-1 commercial robotic vacuum featuring a 24kPA suction motor and H13 HEPA filtration capable of sweeping, vacuuming, dust-mopping, and UV sanitizing. It’s well-suited for carpeted or mixed-surface environments and for facilities where air quality and allergen capture matter, such as healthcare, education, and hospitality.

Beetle 2.0 & MAX-SW Taking Autonomous Cleaning Outdoors

One of the most exciting recent developments from Gausium is the expansion of their lineup into outdoor cleaning. The Beetle 2.0 Full-Scenario Edition is a heavy-duty autonomous outdoor sweeper with an 800mm cleaning width, a robust suspension system for navigating ramps, speed bumps, and uneven terrain, and full IP54-rated weather protection. Its sensing architecture integrates 3D LiDAR and full-surround vision with no blind spots so it operates safely even in environments with vehicle and pedestrian traffic. An optional BeeSafe module even allows it to combine cleaning with automated patrol functions.

The Cloud Platform Behind Every Robot

Every Gausium robot connects to their cloud management platform, giving facility managers real-time visibility into cleaning coverage, machine status, and performance metrics across all deployed units. For BSCs and facility teams managing multiple robots across a large campus or multiple locations, this kind of data visibility is genuinely useful and it’s built in, not an add-on.
