We accept cash, check, Visa and Mastercard.
Credit Application and Purchase Orders
In addition to our other purchasing options, we also accept pre-approved purchase orders for businesses. After you submit your Credit Application for the business or company chosen, and had your credit history approved, your business you will be able to submit orders via a Chemcraft Industries account. A valid, up-to-date credit card needs to be kept on file or check remittance is accepted within 30 day terms or ACH payment is also accepted.
Shipping
Chemcraft ships most orders within our delivery zone (50 mile radius of our office) on our own vehicles with our own driving staff. Stocked items ship out within 24-48 hours of receiving customer orders. All orders have a $4 fuel surcharge on them, this assists with all shipping/receiving costs.
Order Minimum is $250. Any small orders under this minimum are subject to a shipping/handling fee of $15 or the UPS shipping charge
Typically, all regularly stocked items ship out in 24-48 hours. Special order items are subject to our manufacturer and vendor lead times. Special order items can have a lead time that varies from 3 days to 2-3 weeks.
Continental US Shipping
Chemcraft has partnered with UPS Ground to meet our customers shipping needs.
Note: Some additional charges may be added on for specific situations or products.
Delivery Time
Typically orders that are placed over the phone or through our website are delivered within 1-7 business days within the continental United States.
Available Delivery Days
UPS Ground is available for our customers’ shipment needs Monday through Friday (except major holidays). Orders are not shipped on Saturday or Sunday.
Please Note: For orders shipped through UPS, it at UPS’s discretion if a signature is required for delivery.
International shipping
We do not currently ship internationally.
Hazardous Material
In select circumstances, UPS may classify an item as potentially-hazardous. Items that fall under this category may have further handling fees through UPS, or may be shipped through LTL or Common Carrier. Please contact our customer service representatives if you are unsure of the shipping method for your order.
Common Carrier and LTL Shipping
There are certain instances where items cannot ship through UPS. This can be because of their size, weight, or if the product is viewed as a hazardous material. These items will be ship typically within ten business days of the originally placed order. Delivery will be between three to five business days after the item has been successfully shipped. When shipped to locations such as residential homes through LTL or Common Carrier, orders are delivered only to the customer’s curbside. It will be the customer’s responsibility for extra shipping services, as well as any charges that would be incurred from missed deliveries or re-deliveries. Please note that any order with a total weight greater than 300 lbs will be shipped via LTL.
