Crusader Heavy-Duty Waste & Recycling Containers
The centerpiece of what Quantum JanSan brings to our lineup is their Crusader line of waste and recycling containers built with a proprietary design and a UV inhibitor so they hold up to years of daily use, indoors or out, without cracking or fading.
Crusader Round Utility Containers
Available in five sizes 10, 20, 32, 44, and 55 gallon (models CTC-10 through CTC-55) the Crusader Round line is built for high-volume, high-abuse environments. Every can features venting channels for easy bag release and air circulation, a reinforced heavy-duty base with a contoured handle, and up to 1,000 lb. of mobile load capacity when paired with the optional CTC-DLY quiet dolly (silent, non-marking casters a real consideration for hospitals and schools where noise matters). Standard colors are Gray, Red, Yellow, Black, and White, with custom colors available for facilities that color-code by department or floor.
Crusader Thin Containers
For hallways, break rooms, and other tight spaces where a round can won’t fit, the Crusader Thin Container (16 and 23 gallon, models CTH-16 and CTH-23) offers the same venting channels and bag cinches in a slim footprint, with base and rim handles for easy transport. It holds up to 250 lbs. standalone, or 800 lbs. with the optional mobile kit. Available in Gray, Black, Brown, or custom colors, with lid options that include a drop-shot lid for no-touch, out-of-sight disposal.
Crusader Thin Recycling
The 23-gallon Crusader Thin Recycling container (CTH-23R) is designed for front-of-house spaces lobbies, breakrooms, common areas where appearance matters as much as function. It’s available in Blue and Green, with a full range of sorting lids (cans/bottles, mixed recycling, paper, or flat) so facilities can build out a recycling program that actually gets used correctly.
Industrial Shelving Chrome, Epoxy, Polymer, and Millenia
Quantum JanSan’s shelving systems give our customers a full range of options depending on the environment from a dry stockroom to a walk-in cooler. The line is organized in tiers so you can match the shelving to the room, not overpay for durability you don’t need (or underspend and replace it in two years):
- Quantum Classics: Chrome, Stainless, and Solid (Galvanized) wire shelving. Chrome and galvanized carry a 1-year limited warranty and are best suited to dry, non-humid storage. Stainless carries a lifetime limited warranty and is built for the “highest industry standard in the prevention of corrosion.”
- Quantum Classics Plus: Epoxy-coated wire shelving in Green, Gray, or Black, all antimicrobial, with a 15-year limited warranty and suitability for wet environments, coolers, and freezers.
- Quantum Premium: Polymer wire shelving, also antimicrobial, 15-year warranty on the wire with a lifetime warranty on the polymer shelf mats.
- Millenia: Quantum’s all-polymer shelving system: 100% rust-proof, NSF Approved, dishwasher-safe removable shelf plates, and a lifetime limited warranty. Shelves adjust in 1″ increments with no tools required, and the system is rated for dry, wet, cooler, and freezer use alike.
Load capacities range up to 1,000 lbs. per shelf and 2,000 lbs. per unit depending on tier, with widths from 12″-36″ and heights up to 98″; enough range to outfit anything from a supply closet to a full back-of-house storage room.
Bins, Totes & Food-Grade Containers
Beyond waste and shelving, Quantum JanSan manufactures an extensive line of stackable bins, dividable containers, and food-grade totes; including Ultra Stack & Hang Bins, Stackable Shelf Bins, HULK and MAGNUM large-capacity containers, and Genuine Stack and Nest Totes. Materials are FDA-approved virgin-grade polypropylene or HDPE, with several lines rated USDA/FDA-approved. Pizza dough boxes and bussing tubs round out the foodservice-specific offerings, built to withstand freezer temperatures.
