To open an account, you need:

- (1) Bank reference
Your credit will also be checked through Dunn & Bradstreet.
We reserve the right to require a down payment on special order items.  An industry plus or minus of 10% of quantity ordered is standard practice on ordered specials. 

Our terms are net 30 days.  Accounts past due can put on credit hold. 
Minimum order is $15.
 
Delivery:  All items are shipped F.O.B. our store or factory.  We normally ship U.P.S., Chemcraft truck or via common carrier according to our best judgement.
  
Returns:  Return authorization must be obtained before acceptance of any return for adjustment.  All returns must be prepaid and accomplanied by an invoice or original packing slip.  We will accept merchandise for return, other than special made order items, within 30 days of purchase.
